Poor Poor Put Upon Annie
What we do know is that Kendall has a lot of people in her corner. So much so that her "honorable" husband Zach has taken it upon himself to make Annie look like the killer herself. It's an established fact that she was there that night so why not. Ryan's sure Annie did it. Erica's sure Annie did it. JR is sure Annie did it. Zach is sure she did too. Hell even Jesse is in on it. And hey, we all know that Annie has killed before. Pet Peeve time... whenever Annie's history as a killer is brought up, only Richie is mentioned and then Annie is quick to tell whoever will listen that if she didn't kill Richie first, he would have killed her. Who knows anymore if that's true. But the point I'm trying to make here is that she killed Di too! So why, when Annie is making her excuses for killing Richie doesn't someone, anyone, say... "oh? And what about Di?"
So now she's being framed and it's oh so sad for poor Annie. Is she innocent really? True she doesn't seem to have a motive for killing Adam. Is she protecting someone, the person who really did it because she saw the whole thing? Was it Emma? Was it Adam himself? This much seems clear.... Annie knows who did it, whether it was her or not. The way she asked Emma that night to forget what she saw. The way she got very nervous when Emma told her she remembered who shot Stuart and then the relief that washed over her when Emma said it was Kendall. All very curious don't you think? So, we did a poll before but with new information coming to light, lets do a new one.

Anatomy of a Spurned Wife
Is she that smart? Or is she that stupid? We know she killed her husband. On the smart front, she saw her opportunity and took it, not that killing your husband is smart mind you. The smart part is that she saw an opening and took it. Henry was already down after being bonked with a bookend by Randi when he tried to force himself on her. Madison, already smarting from not being the woman he loved, decided to finish him off and gave him a second bonk with the bookend.
On the stupid front, she pretty much makes it known she's involved in Henry's death by telling Zach that her husband will no longer be a problem for Kendall. Of course Zach knows she knows more than she is saying. And then to add more stupid to the mix, she offers Zach all of Henry's files on Kendall. Madison doesn't know what Zach tends to use these information to his advantage, just ask Liza!
And more on the stupid front, she goes to Jesse and tells him she knows that Randi killed her husband. Sure, she thinks her tracks are covered because she (quite smartly) stole the surveillance footage of the hallway outside Henry's room. But seriously, if you just killed your husband, wouldn't you keep yourself on the down low? That may just be her undoing.
So what do you think?

Rant on.... What's Become of Soapnet!?
But after those shows left the air (granted you can see Soapography and One Day With... reruns in the middle of the night or in the wee hours of the morning if you're so inclined. But no new shows have been made) Soapnet went further and further away from it's soapy roots as they took on Lifetime movies, bumping some of the soap marathons that soap fans had come to rely on. Then it got worse and worse, as Soapnet then delved into reality shows. Sure, I Want to be a Soap Star makes sense. And I'll even give them their own soap, Being Erica. But when things like Southern Belles: Louisville started to crop up, my ire at the network grew. Yet another show about spoiled rich women??? Does the world need this? Doesn't Bravo have enough of those inane shows to sate people's need to know how the other half lives?
My disgust reached a fever pitch when Soapnet would not pick up the broadcast of this years Daytime Emmy's while the show floundered looking for a network to show it. How is it possible that the only soap channel on cable would not pick up the broadcast! Seriously, I'm flummoxed by this!
Today, a new press release came out announcing two new shows for Soapnet. One is Holidate. It was originally supposed to only be a one-hour special, but now has been expanded to a 10 episode series. Each episode will highlight two women who switch lives and date men in each other's towns. The women will communicate with each other as they hunt for true love. I'm going to be sick.
Next up is Bank of Mom and Dad. This show, based on a BBC series, shows what happens when mom and dad move in with their twentyish and thirtyish daughters who are not making ends meet on their own. Financial expert Farnoosh Torabi chimes in with help. I'm talking serious disgust here now.
Thank you Mr. Brian Frons. Thank you for changing a once great channel into yet another cesspool of reality nonsense. Thank you for removing shows that interest soap fans and replacing them with inane crap. Thank you for contributing to the downfall of soaps. This soap fan would much prefer to see classic episodes of my favorite soaps over this drivel. Where did Ryan's Hope go (oh wait I know, it's shown at 5 am now)? Why aren't you showing Another World, Edge of Night, Dark Shadows, Somerset and other soaps that are gone but not forgotten? Why are poorly made Lifetime movies on in place of classic soaps? Why all these new far from reality television shows? Am I really off the mark here? Do people... do soap fans who are supposedly the bread and butter of Soapnet, really want to see pseudo reality shows about snotty rich people and their catty arguments with other snotty rich people or their spoiled kids. Maybe I'm out of the loop. Maybe this is what soap fans want these days. All I know, this soap fan does not.
