CASTING NEWS: No Return for Leven

Sadly, Leven Rambin's (Lily) scheduled return to AMC before the show ends on ABC has had to be canceled.  The actress has a scheduling conflict with filming of The Hunger Games movie, where she plays the role of Glimmer.

CASTING NEWS: Leven Rambin Will Return!!

Recently Leven Rambin hinted on Twitter that she might have some good news for Lily fans and now it's been confirmed!   She will be returning before AMC ends in September according to SOD online.  No details are available on the return just yet.

Happy Birthday to Leven Rambin!!  AMC's Lily (who I'm hoping makes an appearance before the end) celebrates her 21st birthday today.   Leven was recently cast in the movie version of The Hunger Games.

Leven Rambin Cast in Hunger Games!!

Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) has been cast as Glimmer in The Hunger Games, District 1's combatant who's pitted against District 12's Katniss Everdeen, played by Jennifer Lawrence.   The pivotal role has these two in the battle to the death that takes place in the first film in the series.

Leven Rambin Guests on One Tree Hill!!

Look for Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) to begin her recurring role this week on One Tree Hill!!  She plays a young pregnant woman that crosses paths with Brooke as she explores the adoption option.  One Tree Hill airs on Tuesday nights at 8:00 pm EST.  Leven's stint at CSI: Miami begins airing February 27, 10:00 pm EST on CBS.

Two New Roles for Leven!!

Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) has been cast in a recurring role on the CW series One Tree Hill.  She will make her first appearance in the 19th episode of the season, tentatively scheduled for March 15.  She plays a character that befriends Brooke.  One Tree Hill airs on the CW on Tuesdays at 8:00 pm EST.   Leven is also scheduled to appear on several episodes of CSI: Miami this season, tentatively beginning January 30, alongside fellow AMC alum, Eva LaRue (ex-Maria).  Leven plays Molly Sloan, a trace evidence technician who catches the eye of Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo).  CSI: Miami airs on Sunday nights on CBS at 10:00 pm EST.

New Web Series with Leven Rambin!

Photographer and good friend of Leven Rambin (ex-Lily, Tyler Shields has started a new series called Love is Forever.  The series stars Leven, along with other hot up and coming young stars including Colton Haynes (sexy werewolf, Brett on The Gates) and Alessandra Torresani (Caprica).   The first installment, from the male perspective, shows all the different loves that male has experienced.   More installments are to come!

Scoundrels Premiere's June 20!!!

This Sunday, June 20, ABC premieres Scoundrels, which stars Virginia Madsen and David James Elliot as the head of a family of thieves! Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) stars as their daughter Heather. Jessalyn Wanlim (ex-Rachel) also appears. The show airs Sunday nights at 9:00 pm EST.

Leven Rambin in a New Show!!!

Newly engaged Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) has been cast in the new ABC show, Scoundrels. Based on the New Zealand show, Outrageous Fortune, the show centers around a family of crooks who attempt to go straight when the patriarch (played by Neal McDonough) is sent to jail. Leven stars as the daughter, Vanessa, who aspires to be a model. Virginia Madsen plays the mom. The series has an eight episode order and will begin airing this summer.

Wedding Bells Ringing for Leven!!!

People magazine is reporting that Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) has gotten engaged to her boyfriend of six months, film producer Geoff Clark. Clark (28) and Leven (19) met through their mutual friend, photographer Tyler Shields. Congrats to both!!!!

The Wind Beneath My Winds

Charles Pratt's destruction of Aidan Devane (Aiden Turner) is probably the best (or worst) example of character assassination in Pine Valley History. The one-time town hero has been turned into a deranged kidnapper weeks shy of Turner's departure from the program.

Let's look back at the Aidan we all remember, and love:

Maureen Gorman: Despite the the fact that this was probably the worst pairing of the decade, Aidan showed his true good-guy side by standing by Maria Grey (Eva LaRue, l.) as she struggled with amnesia. Aidan met Maria after she was mugged in the park. Maria and Aidan ran away together when he was framed for the murder of Fiona Sinclair. It seemed like nothing would break up this new couple, except of course for Maria's memory.

Heroes, Inc: Aidan teamed up with Private Investigator Tad Martin (Michael E. Knight, l.) when Edmund Grey received a mysterious phone call about an imminent murder in Pine Valley. The culprit turned out to be none other than casino owner Zach Slater, who had planned a real-life murder mystery game to avenge the death of his brother, rapist Michael Cambias.

Lily in Wonderland: When autistic teen Lily Montgomery (Leven Rambin, l.) fell into a world of mathematics after witnessing Edmund's death, Aidan was the only person who could pull her out of her fixation. Patient and kind, Aidan refused to give up on Lily not because of his determination to avenge his friend's death; but rather, so that Lily could have a second chance of leading an independent life.

Purple Heart: Darfur experienced a genocide so terrible it can be compared to Hitler's reign over Europe in World War II. Nonetheless, Aidan volunteered to save Dr. Jake Martin (Ricky Paull Goldin, l.), who was being held captive while volunteering with Doctors Without Borders. Despite the fact that he was set to marry Greenlee duPres, Aidan put his life on hold to save a man he barely knew.

Leven to Grey's this Week!!

As previously reported, Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) has been cast in a recurring role on ABC's hit drama, Grey's Anatomy. She begins airing this week, November 19 at 9:00 pm EST. And look for Leven to cross over to the Grey's spin off, Private Practice in the near future!

BIG Returns for AMC's 40th Anniversary!!!!

So we already know that Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos (Hayley and Mateo) will be returning to Pine Valley to celebrate AMC's 40th Anniversary in early January, but there's more! Hold on to your hats folks because the names are coming in! Among those set to return for the January 5 special episode are Leven Rambin (Lily), Eden Riegel (Bianca), Taylor Miller (Nina), Laurence Lau (Greg), Eva LaRue (Maria) and Julia Barr (Brooke)!!! A little birdie also whispered in my ear that we'll be seeing Walt Willey (Jack) around that time or a little before too!

New Role For Leven!!!!

Leven Rambin (ex-Lily) has booked a recurring role on the ABC hit drama series Grey's Anatomy. No specific airdates have been released yet, but she is already filming her new role!
