Very Interesting Indeed...

An article that appeared on TheDailyBeast.com recently has gotten quite a big reaction, from fans and actors alike!  The article talks about what went wrong with Prospect Park's plans to launch AMC and OLTL online.  But I think it's Cady McClain's (Dixie) rebuttal of the article that I find most interesting.  Check out the article HERE, and Cady's response HERE.

It is, and has been my quiet opinion all along that we were had.  That it was far too good to be true.  And that it would never happen because there was no way they could come up with the money to make it happen.  Quiet because so many were so excited and optimistic and I didn't want to step on that with my glass half empty attitude. After reading so much on what went wrong I guess I wasn't too far off.  It's sad.  Sad all around.  For the cast and crew, for Agnes, for us.  I said at the very beginning of all this, "I wish they had let AMC go with dignity," and I still wish that.  Now we will forever have a half assed ending with no resolution.  What a shame.

CASTING NEWS: Cady Confirms Return!!

As previously reported, Cady McClain (Dixie) has been in talks to return to AMC before the finale in September.  She has confirmed via Facebook and Twitter that she will be back.  No details of course, just a confirm.

Cady McClain Returns to ATWT!!

Cady McClain (ex-Dixie) will be returning to ATWT as Rosanna, to begin filming at the end of the month. She will also be appearing at the Daytime Emmys on June 27 as part of the tribute to ATWT. ATWT final show will air on September 17.

CASTING NEWS - She's Back!!! (Part 2)

AMC is once again bringing back Cady McClain in the role of Dixie. The stint is a short one and she will be in a storyline with Tad. Considering the short term aspect of it, it may be safe to assume she appears to Tad as a ghost, but that information has yet to be released. Stay tuned for information as it develops! Dixie is set to reappear in early March.

Cady McClain returns to ATWT!!!

Cady McClain (ex-Dixie) will be returning to ATWT in late May, in the role of Rosanna. She left the show in January of 2008. Dixie met her demise back in 2007 on AMC when she ingested poisoned pancakes that were meant for Babe. She appeared as a ghost for a short time in 2008 to help Tad reunite with their daughter Kate.
