CASTING NEWS: Shannon Kane Returns!

Shannon Kane will make a return visit to Pine Valley as Jesse's daughter and Brot's love, Natalia next week.  After a whirlwind on the job training, Natalia was hired as a detective in nearby Philadelphia.

Shannon Kane will be making an appearance as Natalia the week when she returns to Pine Valley for all the Hubbard family baby festivities!

CASTING NEWS: Shannon Kane Departs AMC!

It probably comes as no big surprise (especially considering she did not make it to the new opening credits), but Shannon Kane will be leaving her role of Natalia.  Opting not to extend her contract, Shannon's last airdate is February 4, but it's not final.  She will be returning from time to time.  She joined the cast in October of 2008 and it's taken until recently for her to find love with Brot Monroe.  Poor Brot, finally gets a love and off she goes!   Shannon's blossoming movie career is likely a big reason for her exit.  Up next for the busy actress is the film S.W.A.T:  Fire Fight to be released this year.

Happy Birthday Shannon Kane!!!  AMC's Natalia Fowler celebrates her birthday today.  In addition to AMC, Shannon will be appearing in the upcoming movie, S.W.A.T: Fire Fight, due out in 2011.

CASTING NEWS: Shannon Kane Off For Summer

Looks like Natalia may get an out of the country modeling shoot to go on since Shannon Kane will be off AMC for part of the summer while she's off filming the movie S.W.A.T: Fire Fight. No word on when exactly she goes, or when she will be returning. Poor Brot! I hope he finds a woman who appreciates him in Natalia's absence!

Casting News: Some Blasts From Jesse's Past!!

AMC has cast two new characters who will factor into the past 20 years of Jesse's life on the run. Model/actress Shannon Kane plays the contract role of Natalia, the young woman we saw hanging outside Jesse's apartment recently, waiting to talk to him. Shannon has previously appeared on Young and the Restless, and CSI: Miami, and will be seen in upcoming movie, Brooklyn's Finest.

Also cast is Laura Koffman as Rebecca, Natalia's mother. The woman from Jesse's past comes to Pine Valley on October 28. Laura has appeared on OLTL (as Cassie) and on Another World.
