Eden Riegel to Castle!

As previously reported, Eden Riegel (ex-Bianca) will be a guest on the ABC primetime drama, Castle on October 11.   Eden plays the sister of the murder victim that Beckett and Castle are investigating.  The show airs at 10 pm.

NuBianca Premieres This Week!!

As previously reported, AMC has recast the role of Bianca and this week, NuBianca hits the air! Previously reported as June 14, the arrival is now slated for June 15 after a pre-emption a few weeks ago pushed shows back a day. Christina Bennett Lind takes over the role vacated by Eden Riegel (now playing Heather on Y&R). Bianca returns to Pine Valley to find out what has happened to her missing mother. Congrats Eden Riegel!!!!!

As previously reported, Eden Riegel (Bianca) was nominated for a Webby Award for Best Individual Performance for her work as Eden in the online series, Imaginary Bitches. The winners were announced yesterday and Eden won in the People's Voice catagory!!!!! Congratulations!!!

Two Michael Fairman Interviews!

Leading soap guru Michael Fairman has recently interviewed several big names with AMC. Check out the indepth candid interview he did with Tamara Braun (Reese) for The Advocate.com. Tamara spells out her feelings about the direction the Bianca/Reese storyline took without casting blame or throwing anyone under the bus. A lesson a certain AMC writer needs to learn, a little something called class.

And he also interviewed those wacky women over at Pratt Falls (yeah, I called them "big names")!

Who Really Did It??

This week Alexander Cambius Sr., declared "Some fool out there decided to take advantage of the lesson in pain i was teaching my son, and i was greatly insulted to be blamed for this ridiculous crime. Poison pancakes. This was the work of an amateurish clown. I vehemently disavow any involvement in the murder of Dixie Cooney Martin."

So apparently we're to take the word of a raving lunatic who killed a bunch of women to teach his defiant son a lesson. If that's the case then who really did try to kill Babe but instead killed Dixie? Remember, the intended victim was Babe so the person in question would be after her, not Dixie. Unless of course, the killer was Babe herself. Then she, knowing she had poisoned those pancakes, would happily talk her mother in law into taking the rather disgusting sounding breakfast for herself while Babe watches her choke to death. But no, I don't think Babe did it. But who did?

Was it Alexander all along and he's just lying to cover up for the fact that this death was not his finest hour? Or was it Adam? He couldn't stand Babe, and well he couldn't stand Dixie either. It was a win-win for him. But would Adam risk Babe or Dixie giving a few bites of the filthy flapjacks to Little Adam? Or what about JR? He's tried to kill Babe before, what was to stop him again? He said he loved Babe, but he's said that before too. But would he risk Little Adam taking a taste of the grotesque griddle cakes?

Let's move on to the Kane family. How about Erica? She hated Babe for stealing Miranda. Sure Bianca forgave her, but Erica, not so much. Besides that Babe was making Kendall's life miserable by her presence at FUSION. And then there is Kendall herself. It's a known fact that Alicia Minshew's (Kendall) favorite food is peanut butter. Was this a little nod, a little clue? Then again, perhaps it was Zach. He could have done it for his wife, or his sister in law. Or for no reason at all. Or what about Bianca? Sure she forgave Babe for stealing Miranda, on the surface anyway. Did she really? Plus she's already killed before. All these years of love and forgiveness and maturity could all have been a big facade. The show is right on the precipice of destroying Bianca completely so why not finish her off by making her the perpetrator of the hostile hotcakes?

Was it one of these people? Or someone else? Someone like David perhaps? David has no motive. He loved both Babe and Dixie, and would never put Little A in danger. Yet, he's almost completely been turned into a one dimensional baddie that he must be considered.

The possibilities of foolishness are endless! It could be someone I mentioned or someone else entirely. And while I am no Dixie fan, it's very clear that this plotline was one of the worst ever (and that's saying a lot considering the show that actually brought an abortion back to life!). New Hilarious Web Series!!!

This new web series on YouTube puts out there what a lot of fans are thinking! Recently in an interview with TV Guide, AMC Headwriter, Charles Pratt, Jr. blamed star Eden Riegel (Bianca) for the problems with the Reese/Bianca storyline. This is not sitting well with fans and one took it to a whole new level!!! Bianca/Reese Auction Benefit!

Yesterday began the first day of an auction by a group of AMC fans in conjunction with Eden Riegel (Bianca) and Tamara Braun (Reese) in an effort to raise money to help support defeating Prop 8 in Califorina and support gay marriage. The first round of items went up for bids yesterday on Ebay, and will remain for seven days. You can see all the items up for bid by clicking here. If you are unable to bid, you can still get a chance to help out this very worthy cause! There will be raffles on a series of photos, magazine covers and "Defeat 8" posters signed by both Tamara Braun and Eden Riegel, and just signed by Eden Riegel. For every $5.00 donated, it will get you 3 raffle tickets and chances to win one of those prizes. The raffles will run from the April 17 - 29. CASTING NEWS - Tamara Braun out!

Hot on the heels of Eden Riegel's return, we have Tamara Braun's exit! And this is how it was meant to be all along. Through the months, we've been getting hints and looks at how the Bianca/Reese love story would play out. Now that Reese knows without a doubt that her heart belongs to Bianca, she wants everyone to know. And when Bianca returns it is only she that Reese needs to prove it to. They leave together for Paris in late April/early May to work on their damaged relationship together.

CASTING NEWS: Bianca is Coming Home... Again!!

Eden Riegal is set to return as Bianca on April 24! After a disastrous aftermath to a beautiful wedding, Bianca took her kids and ran back to Paris. But with Reese on the mend and a new determination to win back the love of her life, might she actually succeed??

Say Good Bye To Eden, For Now...

Eden Riegel will last air as Bianca on February 24. But it seems the departure is temporary. Bianca packs the kids up and heads to France without Reese. Reese will stay in Pine Valley and try to put the pieces of her shattered life back together. Bianca fans fear not though! She will return to Pine Valley sometime this spring to continue her story with Reese. No actual airdate has been released yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we do!

AMC Nominated for GLAAD Award!!!

This year, the GLAAD Media Awards will be celebrating their 20th anniversary! They honor media representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. Only two soaps are nominated in the Outstanding Daily Drama category, AMC and ATWT. This years ceremonies will be held in New York on March 28, 2009 at the Marriott Marquis; in Los Angeles on April 18 at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE; and in San Francisco on May 9 at the Hilton San Francisco.

Happy birthday wishes to Eden Riegel!! She celebrates her 28th birthday today.

Bianca is Coming Home with a Girlfriend!!! UPDATED

Eden Riegel will be reprising her role on AMC as the very popular and much loved Bianca Montgomery!!! She arrives back in Pine Valley on October 17 in the aftermath of a big event that happens in Pine Valley around that time, to help her family heal. And the best news of all, this not going to be a few episode visit. This is going to be a contract visit!

Arriving with Bianca is of course, her daughter Miranda. And soon after, on October 30, we will meet Bianca's girlfriend, Reese Williams who will join her lady love in Pine Valley. AMC welcomes Tamara Braun (best known as Carly on GH, and most recently Ava on Days) to the cast as Reese!

Wow, first David and now Bianca and company. What can we expect next? Who do you think will be the next big return. New writer Charles Pratt, Jr. promises even more surprises to come. I'm putting my vote in right now for Brooke!!
