Rumors have been swirling for months, but confirmation has been released today that Rebecca Budig (Greenlee) will be departing AMC once again. Rebecca has stated that bi-coastal living has been much more difficult than she anticipated and that her life with husband Bob Guiney is in Los Angeles. But fear not Greenlee fans, the departure isn't going to be right away. Rebecca's one year contract is up in January but she will be airing until early spring. She will also be attending this years Super Soap Weekend and the Rock the Soap cruise in March!Monday, October 27, 2008

All I have to say is: poor Sabine Singh. What a shame that all this happened for a short-term deal.
I agree laura poor Sabine, this chick is so lucky to have them do this and now its like BUH bye. Where is the loyalty? Honestly I say bye Greenlee be gone. I did not like how she disrespected that hunk of husband - Aiden.
Will the character Greenlee is gone along with Rebecca or will they just cast another actress to portray her? If I were Sabrina I would tell them "thanks but no thanks" if they ask her to take the role again. She was treated shamefully when Rebecca decided to come back.
AND, hubby Bob moving back to NY isn't a bad idea either. What's he doing on the West Coast that's so important anyway. Since his heyday as the Bachelor (really???) he's done nothing of note that I know of.
Sorry I got the wrong spelling on Sabine. The thought is correct tho.
