AMC Relaunch Put on Hold

Soaps In Depth is reporting that Prospect Park's plans to relaunch AMC in January have been put on hold.   Not good, but not surprising considering the snails pace things have been going to secure actors/actresses for the online version of the show.  With OLTL further along, The Online Network has decided it only needs one soap for it's line up.   Will AMC ever be back?  At this point, it's not looking good!

Why not just combine All My Children with One Life to Live. I would be happy with that!!

well it was a shot in the dark to begin with

I'm very disappointed, but like you, not surprised. I mean, it was always problematic having AMC have so many months off. People have already gotten used to not watching it, whereas OLTL should be rather seamless.

Soap Gal, I so agree with you. I was just saying that to my mom yesterday that they should combine them together

I have not watched the last show of AMC. It is on my DVR and I want to savor it for a later date. This is so upsetting to me as I was going to get the set up ready to show my computer on my TV.

That said I have also not watched the view since then boycotting all ABC daytime.

Actually, I think combining them is a great idea; time will tell.

Kathy, thanks for continuing to keep us all in the loop!
