Okay I am willing to fathom a new guess on who killed Stuart. Will post this now, and if it is gone when the new spoilers come out; will repost it!
My thinking is that Little A killed Stuart. I think it is possible he wandered down and picked up one of the many guns that were laying around and it went off.
I also think the reason they killed Stuart off is because David Canary may have a contract coming up; and he is either not go to renew it or he is going to be let go. So they had to rule Stuart out of the mix before losing Adam!
Guess time will tell.
