Reports have been circulating this week that perennial AMC (and my personal) fave, James Mitchell, has permanently relocated to his winter vacation spot in LA. It's unclear at this time if the octogenarian will return to NYC to continue his role of Palmer Cortlandt. Stay tuned for more info as it comes available!

and that would suck too.. I miss Palmer.. to me, he's the only one who could go toe to toe with Adam and make it not seem hollow!
Eh, I don't think it's that big of a deal. He makes about a handful of appearances a year anymore, and supposedly has to have help to get through his scenes. Not that I'm blaming him, the man is like in his 80s I believe. So it's just how it goes.
I think as long as they keep the Cortlandt name around (w/ Petey), it shouldn't be anything too bad. But if that family legacy goes the way of the Tyler/English and Santos families, then there will be more of an outrage from me.
