If you think you may recognize the "new" Val, it's because he's not new at all! Bill Dawes, who played Erica's trusty assistant Val from 1998 - 2002 is back in the role. The Alexandria, VA native has also made appearances on OLTL, Law & Order, and Damages to name a few! Michael Malone had played the role since 2005.

Ummm....of all the possible characters for them to bring back, why THIS character???? Why not any of the other DOZENS AND DOZENS of characters that viewers have been clamoring for????
